A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings, the balance as above becoming due 30 days before the first day of the holiday. Full payment is required for shorter breaks and for any booking for longer periods within 30 days of the commencement of the holiday.
While the cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 guests it can readily be configured for smaller groups. Please contact the owner to discuss your requirements.

Please note:
- Preferred changeover day is Friday, but any day will be considered subject to availability.
- Arrival check in time 5.00pm. On day of departure please vacate the property by 10.00am.
- The property does not have Wheelchair Access and because period features have been retained, access to certain areas can be difficult. Accordingly, it is not considered suitable for elderly or disabled persons.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted
- Smoking in not allowed within the cottage
- Suitable for Children, but please ask for further information.
