Traditional oak table comfortably seats six.
Lounge with two sofas and a window seat, TV with BT TV, Netfilx and DVD. Gas fire.
The front door leads out onto the patio.
Sitting room with two armchairs and Radio/CD with iPod dock. The back door opens on to the street at the rear of the cottage.
Stairs lead from this room to the first floor.
Upstairs.
Three bedrooms, two doubles with 5ft. beds and one twin with 3ft. beds. Each room with en-suite shower, or shower bath, toilet and washbasin.
There is a hairdryer in each room.
Outside a small patio area with flower beds and a picnic bench.
Other amenities include gas central heating and free wi-fi.
There is a no smoking policy at the cottage and with regret pets are not allowed
